With compassion, kindness and friendly inquiry we befriend our selves, our shadows and light, to cultivate love for all that we are.
When we love our selves we can love one another and co-create a more peaceful world.
We will use tools such as meditation, yoga, movement, inner dialogue to reach insight to be with what is and to radically accept who we are.

In yoga we align with the uniting and balancing energies. We step deeper into the flow of grace and connect to our essential nature. On our yoga mat we artistically offer our individual light and our unique music with the heartfelt prayer of adding more beauty, love, and goodness to the world.
This meditation is a integrative meditation. It is a presence practice and compassion practice at the same time. It is based on mindfulness.
Meditation traditionally is done by sitting still in silence. That is a wonderful way to practise but it could be limiting and our presence becomes attached to just sitting.
We will do this meditation in traditional stillness, movement and whilst we interacting with each other. Presence in all different aspects of life.
When we start to inquire about our selves we learn to be fully functioning human beings capable of acting from places of true insight and love. And this is what it’s all about. By using the process of RAD, Radical Acceptance Dialogue, we learn to shift perspectives and get to know our selves, our emotions, our states of minds. We find ways to voice disowned part of our selves, and also parts that never was owned, the parts we never knew existed. Within our selves we also have aspects that go beyond the self, that transcend the self, such as the awakened mind.
Veterans and beginners - All are Warmly Welcome!
